Our heart's desire and vision as a church is

"To see a growing number of people receive and reflect the love of Jesus Christ"

Neil Rhodes,

Senior Pastor

We are excited to announce that Neil will be joining Crossroads Ferney in June. He was born and raised in Zimbabwe, then moved to the US where he trained and was ordained. He has pastored in several churches including Times Square New York. He is married to Noline and they have ministered together in leadership training as well as bringing up 3 now adult children resulting in 17 grandchildren! More details.

James Tetley, Serving Pastor

James is British, married to Jayne, and they have four children. Before training as a pastor, James worked at Procter & Gamble for 7 years, the last 2 years being spent in Geneva when he and Jayne attended Crossroads. After graduating from Spurgeons College in London, James then served for 6 years as an associate pastor at Purley Baptist Church in South London before returning to Crossroads in November 2014. A long time ago, 4 children ago in fact, James loved to be outdoors and read in his spare time...

Connie Siedler, Children's & 20's/30's Pastor

Connie joined us in 2013 after eight years in Canada, where she graduated from Regent College with a Master of Divinity & Theology and ministered to street-involved youth and young adults, and women who wanted to leave sexual exploitation. Besides her heart for people, she has blessed us with her passion for God, His Word and children. She is multi-lingual (fluent in English, German, French) and multi-talented (with solid experience as a teacher, scholar and guest preacher). In her free time, Connie is involved in theatre and a suprisingly avid football fan.

Elia D'Andrea Youth Leader & Worship Team Coordinator

Elia joined the team in 2015. He spends a lot of time (maybe too much) with teenagers and musical instruments but... he loves it! His mission is to present the message of the Gospel as relevant and surprising for the youth, using the Best Book Ever and a good dose of craziness. Elia has a beautiful new wife, Sara, but more importantly - for the youth - he has the secret weapon of any Italian: he can make Pizza. Following King David's example, Elia has just graduated as a Music Therapist ' from the Ecole Romande de Musicothérapie', Geneva.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
— Romans 8:28
