Serving Our Community
with the Love of Christ
At Crossroads, our Outreach Ministry exists to reflect the love of Jesus by serving our neighbours and the local community of Ferney-Voltaire and the greater Geneva area.
Led by our Discipleship & Outreach leader Zinnash Scott, we seek to serve with compassion, integrity, and biblical principles, demonstrating God’s love through both our words and our actions. Outreach is one of the ways we live out the heart of the gospel, by caring for those around us and being present in our community.
As Jesus reminds us:
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16
Our desire is to be a church that not only gathers together but also actively serves and blesses the community around us.
Our Heart for Outreach
We believe that following Jesus means loving and serving others. Through our Outreach Ministry, we seek to respond to the needs of people in our local community while sharing the hope and compassion found in Christ.
By serving our neighbours and building meaningful connections within the community, we aim to reflect the character of Christ in practical and tangible ways.
The Bible encourages us:
“Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” — Hebrews 13:16
Our outreach ministry is one way we live out this calling together as a church family.
How We Serve
Throughout the year, we organise and participate in a variety of outreach initiatives that allow us to serve the community and support those in need.

Community Support
We seek to care for individuals and families within Ferney-Voltaire and the Greater Geneva area, offering practical help, encouragement, and acts of kindness.
Local Partnerships
We collaborate with organisations and initiatives that are already serving the community, joining alongside them to strengthen the impact of their work.
Church-Led Outreach Initiatives
Our church community regularly participates in outreach opportunities where members can volunteer their time, share their gifts, and make a meaningful difference.
Living Out the Gospel
Outreach is not simply an activity, it is part of our mission as followers of Christ.
Jesus showed compassion to those around Him, caring for the vulnerable and welcoming those who felt overlooked or forgotten. As His church, we seek to follow that example.
As Scripture teaches:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others.” — 1 Peter 4:10
Through outreach, we encourage everyone in our church community to take part in serving others and sharing God’s love.
