The church members elect an Elder Council which carries responsibility for the overall leadership of the church.

This responsibility is expressed in three main ways:

  • PRAYER: As leaders they meet regularly to pray for the church family.
  • PEOPLE: They seek to offer encouragement, support and a listening ear.
  • POLICY: All decisions affecting Crossroads are taken by the elders after prayer and discussion. On major issues they make recommendations for the church members to decide on.

We are registered as an Association under French law.
