Crossroads Church engages in a wide variety of activities during the course of a week.
Sunday worship is central to our life as a Christian community and the opportunity to meet to sing, pray, celebrate communion and hear from God through Scripture is a vitally important start to the week. Sundays are special to us.
We run a busy programme for children and young people both on Sundays and during the week.
Our small groups play a vital part in helping people feel at home. We meet in homes for Bible study, prayer, food and great conversation. We have groups that meet early morning, daytime and evenings. Some are in Switzerland and others in France. Contact our office for details.
People matter and that is why pastoral care figures high on our list of priorities. We encourage a culture of mutual help and support – which is important when so many of our church are living away from home. Stephen ministry is part of the pastoral care at Crossroads and offers one-to-one care by lay people to other lay people in our community.
We also run the renowned Alpha course and other groups exploring the Christian faith. Although the church is English speaking we run some activities exclusively in the French language as well. We are involved in serving within the local community in a variety of projects that offer practical care and run courses covering a wide variety of topics that help integrate the Christian faith with everyday life.
In all our activities we have a central focus; to help people become more effective followers of Jesus Christ.
